GENERAL: ACH SAGGIO LTD reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
By ordering ACH SAGGIO LTD service over the telephone, e-mail or website the client is agreeing to be bound by ACH SAGGIO LTD Terms and Conditions of Service.
The premises have to be tidy so we can concentrate on cleaning efficiently. We will start with the essential basics and finish at the designated time unless otherwise instructed.
Any tips or bonuses are paid directly to the cleaner. If any estimates of how long it will take our operatives to do the job required are being provided that is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home or office of similar size to the customer's, it being difficult to estimate precisely how long such tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required.

REGULAR DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICE: Service cost: 2hrs-£9.00 per hour and 3hrs or more-£8.50 per hour. Minimum is 2 hours per visit weekly. Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks, all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment, unless other arrangements have been made with ACH Saggio Ltd. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. . The Client must allow ACH SAGGIO LTD cleaners access to hot water and power. ACH SAGGIO LTD cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning stuff is not supplied in full working order.
If the client does not have cleaning materials client asks ACH Saggio Ltd to purchase said items on their behalf, the client agrees that an applicable service charge will be added. If ACH Saggio Ltd is unable to gain access to the premises the Client will remain liable for the full cost of the cleaning.

ONE-OFF CLEANING, MOVE IN/OUT AND CARPET CLEANING: A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences. Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at customer's premises; or problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to ACH SAGGIO LTD then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee. If ACH SAGGIO LTD personnel needs to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any changes and cancellations. A fee will apply on late cancellations or changes on the terms agreed. The same will apply if we cannot gain access to your premises on the allocated day and time (30 minutes allowed).
Other arrangements can be possible on contacting the office prior to the scheduled service.
If ACH SAGGIO LTD cleaners are not notified on time, no refund will be offered. ACH SAGGIO LTD reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price for the booked service.
If ACH Saggio Ltd is unable to gain access to the premises the Client will remain liable for the full cost of the cleaning.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT: The client can terminate the agreement up to 14 days prior to commencement of the service, and in the case of a continuing contract by not less than 14 days notice. If the agreement is terminated with less than 14 days notice the client will remain liable for 50% of the full prices of the cleaning services.
The client agrees that after termination of the agreement, the Client will not hire any domestic or commercial cleaner introduced to the Client by ACH Saggio Ltd.
For a period of 12 months following termination of this Agreement the Client will not employ or use the services of any Cleaner who is or has been contracted as a cleaner by the Client through ACH SAGGIO LTD.
If the Client hires such a cleaner within a year period then the Client agrees to pay ACH Saggio Ltd a £500 referral fee.

CARPETS: The Company will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods, existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
Whilst every effort is made to prevent damage, ACH SAGGIO LTD cannot accept responsibility for shrinkage to carpets that are poorly fitted neither will the company accept responsibility for damage to upholstery that the cleaning instructions are not visible. Also when no mention is made of a recurring problem.

INSURANCE: ACH SAGGIO LTD has a public and employer's liability insurance of 2 million, which protects client's home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property. The insurance policies do not cover theft of property or possessions or loss or damage caused by bleach or any substances containing bleach. If the Customer has furniture, artefacts, etc that it is particularly concerned about, because of their expense, delicacy or for any other reason, and then the Customer should inform the Company. In any event the Company should be informed of any Goods in the house. If the Customer fails to inform the Company, then the Company will not be responsible for any damage that may result to the Goods. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed. We carry no responsibility for exceptional items and/or works of art if we are not informed of their value in advance.

CLAIMS: In case of a complaint, the Company requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. The company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours. There is £250.00 excess on any claim

PAYMENT:Payment shall be made by the Customer to the Company by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Regular Domestic Customers are required to pay on the day of clean unless otherwise agreed.
Cheques shall be made payable to ACH SAGGIO LTD and the Company should be contacted for further details on payment through any other method not mentioned above. The Customer is not entitled to make any deductions or withhold payment for any reason.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price may be payable at the time of booking. In the event of such deposit having been paid, the remaining balance should be paid upon completion of the specified work.
Late payments will be charged at 2% above the basic bank rate.
If ACH SAGGIO LTD is unable to gain access to the premises the Client will remain liable for the full cost of the cleaning.

NON PAYMENT: ACH SAGGIO LTD will collect any outstanding monies owed to them. In the case of non payment ACH SAGGIO LTD has to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, the clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill.
