Q: Are there a minimum
number of hours per visit?
A: Yes, we require 2
hours minimum per cleaning visit.
Q: How far in advance
do I need to book spring cleaning, move
in-move out or carpet cleaning?
A: To guarantee the time
and day that suits you, we suggest booking
as soon as possible but 2-3 days is usually
enough.
Q: Who is responsible for providing the cleaning
products and materials?
Regular cleaning / spring cleaning: A: You are responsible for supplying cleaning
materials and equipments. Alternatively
we can supply cleaning materials but there
will be an addition cost -unless other
arrangements have been made.
Move in-move out cleaning:
A:There is a minimum
booking hours required to supply cleaning
materials and equipment. Contact us for
more information.

Q: Can you clean my entire
house in one day? (one-off cleaning)
A: Yes, in most cases
we can completely clean your house in
one day. We do this by increasing the
number of cleaners and if necessary the
supervisors on the job.
Q: What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
(regular cleaning)
A: We try to be as flexible
as possible. We ask that you give us 48
hours notice, so that we can adjust our
schedules.
Q: How do I pay for service?
A: You can pay by cash,
cheque (payable to ACH SAGGIO LTD) or
by bank transfer after each visit.
For your convenience, if we have a contract
arrangement, we would be happy to invoice
you at the end of each month.
Q: Are you fully insured? A: Yes we have both Public Liability
Insurance (£2 million) and Employer
Liability Insurance. There is £250.00
excess on all claims.
So you can rest assured we are fully covered
for any eventuality.
Q: Do I still have to pay if I go away for
a few weeks?
A: No, you don’t.
You only pay when you use our cleaning
service.
We require 48 hours notice before you
go away and the date of your first cleaning
when you are back.
Q: Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if
I want her to clean at the weekend?
A:No, the rate of pay
for the cleaners is the same at all times.
Q:
What happens if I move house?
A: We will transfer your
account to another address in the London
area.
Q: Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
A: You can leave a set
of keys with the cleaner. You don't have
to be in on the day the cleaner comes.
90% of our cleaners hold keys for client's
homes.
Q: What happens if we are not happy with
the cleaner?
A: We are here for you
in any situation! If you think that the
cleaner doesn't meet your expectation,
please give us a ring or simply email
us and we will have a chat with them.
We believe that everyone needs a second
chance, but if on the second visit you
are not satisfied then we will send a
new cleaner and we make sure they do the
job properly by supervising them.
Q: Is your staff discreet?
A: Your cleaner is not
only your cleaner - they are also your
friend. Your privacy will be respected.
Q: Can we contact the
office at any time?
A: You can contact us
anytime! Our normal business hours are
from 9am to 8pm weekdays and from 10 am
to 5 pm on Saturday. In emergency we will
contact you as soon as possible. We are
here for you!
Q: Are there any hidden
costs (i.e. agency fees?) A: There is not any hidden cost.
It's very simple - pay the cleaner or
directly to the company (for regular domestic
cleaning) and that's it - we will do the
rest!
