house in one day? (one-off cleaning)
A: Yes, in most cases
we can completely clean your house in
one day. We do this by increasing the
number of cleaners and if necessary the
supervisors on the job.
Q: What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
A: We try to be as flexible
as possible. We ask that you give us 48
hours notice, so that we can adjust our

A: You can pay by cash,
cheque (payable to ACH SAGGIO LTD) or
by bank transfer after each visit.
For your convenience, if we have a contract
arrangement, we would be happy to invoice
you at the end of each month.
Q: Are you fully insured? A: Yes we have both Public Liability
Insurance (£2 million) and Employer
Liability Insurance. There is £250.00
excess on all claims.
So you can rest assured we are fully covered
for any eventuality.
Q: Do I still have to pay if I go away for
a few weeks?
A: No, you don’t.
You only pay when you use our cleaning

go away and the date of your first cleaning
when you are back.
Q: Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if
I want her to clean at the weekend?
A:No, the rate of pay
for the cleaners is the same at all times.
What happens if I move house?
A: We will transfer your
account to another address in the London
Q: Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
A: You can leave a set
of keys with the cleaner. You don't have
to be in on the day the cleaner comes.

A: We are here for you
in any situation! If you think that the
cleaner doesn't meet your expectation,
please give us a ring or simply email
us and we will have a chat with them.
We believe that everyone needs a second
chance, but if on the second visit you
are not satisfied then we will send a
new cleaner and we make sure they do the
job properly by supervising them.
Q: Is your staff discreet?
A: Your cleaner is not
only your cleaner - they are also your
friend. Your privacy will be respected.
Q: Can we contact the
office at any time?
A: You can contact us
anytime! Our normal business hours are
from 9am to 8pm weekdays and from 10 am
to 5 pm on Saturday. In emergency we will
contact you as soon as possible. We are
here for you!
Q: Are there any hidden
costs (i.e. agency fees?) A: There is not any hidden cost.
It's very simple - pay the cleaner or
directly to the company (for regular domestic
cleaning) and that's it - we will do the
